The Black lines can usualy be fixed if you use a lower resolution, sometimes you even have to run the game in the PS2 native resolution to get rid of them, the game will then look like it does on the real Hardware. 
As for the crashing problem I can´t really help, oddly enough the game isn´t even listed in the official compatibility list and in the PCSX2 Wiki it only has a placeholder page. Does your PC have crashing issues with other games as well or is it isolated to PCSX2 or even this one game?
